Our Site-based teams are as diverse as the people we recruit into them. Based throughout our international operations, they deliver our services to clients in a safe, reliable and intelligent way.

Many of our people joined Cape on one of our formal apprenticeship or trainee schemes. They learnt their trade from scratch over a number of years, through a mix of off-the-job learning and practical work experience - all supported by experienced tradesmen. Over time, they progressed through their trade, becoming team supervisors and beyond…

Others started as general labourers, assistants or site helpers and developed their skills through a combination of on-the-job learning and courses at one of our internationally accredited in-house training centres.

Others are experienced tradesmen. They may join us for the long term as we secure new work, or for short periods to support project, shutdown or outage work - bringing the specialist experience we need as we need it.
