At Cape, we recognise that our people are our strongest asset and have put in place effective management systems which allow every individual staff member to contribute to the company's quality performance.

Quality Assurance

All aspects of health and safety, quality and environmental management are included in our Integrated Management System (IMS).

The company is ISO 9001 2000 (Quality Management Systems) certified throughout the world. The scope of the ISO assessment covers:

  • Architectural systems
  • Contract scaffolding (including design)
  • General fabrication of stainless and carbon steels, cladding, HVAC and complex project work
  • Industrial cleaning
  • Industrial painting, blasting and application of special coatings; passive fire protection
  • Industrial rope access techniques, and multi-discipline onshore and offshore contracts
  • Management, encapsulation and removal of asbestos
  • Manufacture, procurement, supply, installation, maintenance and removal of specialised and standard insulation
  • Refractories

We also hold Third Party Certification to ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems) throughout all UK industrial operating units. This is being rolled out across overseas operating units, with Bahrain, Qatar and Abu Dhabi already accredited.
