Cape's aim is to be the safest, most reliable and intelligent operator of its kind, and the training and development we provide is key to achieving this goal. We have provided over 500,000 hours of training in 28 different languages – at our dedicated training centres and at client sites around the world.


Training and development opportunities for Cape people are some of the best in the market. We have five regional training and assessment centres throughout our international markets, in Abu Dhabi, Philippines, Kazakhstan, Perth WA, and at Teesside in the UK. From these centres and those of our industry partners, we provide localised training in all our core services, in line with international standards.

We recruit professional training and development staff not just for their training credentials, but also for their industry experience. Having worked with us for many years, most of them know our business inside out. They ensure Cape people have the skills and competencies they need to enjoy successful careers in safe working environments, while contributing to Cape's continued growth and success. They keep us up-to-date and in line with industry practices and as well as training they support the recruitment, mobilisation and re-certification processes for all our on-site staff.
