Painter/Blaster
Cape Marine and Offshore, based at Bibra Lake, currently seeking Experienced Painter/Blasters looking for Work
Primary Responsibilities:
Blaster / Painter operates blasting and spray painting equipment to paint or apply other industrial coatings to manufactured items to high quality; meeting offshore standards and to the satisfaction of the customer.
Essential Skills and Knowledge
- 4 year experienced required as a painter / blaster / sprayer on construction and/ or maintenance projects or proven trade experience in a similar environment
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Current Offshore Survival Card
Key Result Areas / Essential Functions
Must be familiar with and competent in the use of the following (not limited to):
- Wet Blast Units
- Dry Blast Pots
- HP/LP Jetting Units
- Diesel Driven Compressors
- Airless / Conventional Spray Units
- Power Tools (Air Driven)
- Temporary Suspended System
