Cape's activities in the region are mainly located on the West Coast of Algeria in Arzew near Oran.

Our aim is to attract people with the skills and drive to deliver our projects on time every time for our clients. We are always looking for people who are keen to work hard, gain experience and develop their skills. In return, we offer great support and opportunities for career development.

Many of our people are recruited and trained locally and live and work in their home country. They work alongside our expat Project Management Team, who are experienced in all types of construction projects. This approach has been key to ensuring flexibility for our customers whilst delivering to the international standards they expect.

Our selection process is simple. We recruit primarily from the CVs we receive, choosing candidates for interview, where we can identify roles that match your skills and experience.
