Cape regional recruitment teams handle all selection and recruitment processes in their respective parts of the world. Management opportunities
We always aim to recruit the best people for Cape management roles, and make sure we appoint them to roles that match their skills, experience and career aspirations. As such, we take the time to get to know you, and give you all the relevant information about who we are and how we operate – from region to region and as a group, all over the world.
This means you can expect to attend several interviews and complete a McQuaig Behavioural Survey and McQuaig Occupational Test, which help us assess your natural way of working and how it fits with Cape's values and culture.
You will also have a familiarisation visit, where you get to meet the team you will be working with. This helps ensure you're a further asset to what is already a great team, whatever the region or location.
