As such, we take the time to get to know you, and give you all the relevant information about who we are and how we operate – from region to region and as a group, all over the world.

This means you can expect to attend several interviews and complete a McQuaig Behavioural Survey and McQuaig Occupational Test, which help us assess your natural way of working and how it fits with Cape's values and culture.

You will also have a familiarisation visit, where you get to meet the team you will be working with. This helps ensure you're a further asset to what is already a great team, whatever the region or location.
