Skills training and assessment

Training plays a fundamental role in further extending Cape's reputation as a leading provider of non-mechanical support services to industry. As well as rigorous training and assessment of all our own people, we offer many training and skills-development programmes externally.

We have five training centres across our international markets - in the UK, the CIS, the Gulf States, Far East and Australia. Our training and assessment staff are selected for their professional training credentials and proven experience, and all training is designed to meet demanding international standards.

All Cape clients can use this valuable resource to ensure their own employees and contractors meet the same industry-leading standards we bring to them as service providers.

Competency assessment

All Cape professionals are qualified to provide competency assessment across a wide range of disciplines. This can be for recruitment, getting new projects underway, or as part of re-certification.
