Cape has been present in Qatar continuously since 1995, providing non-mechanical industrial support services to major clients in on and offshore oil and gas, power generation, chemical, steel, and commercial construction sectors. Qatar is a large and expanding market for us, and we employ over 3,000 people in the Area – to provide coating, insulation, scaffolding, refractory and fireproofing services across a large portfolio of clients, such as QP, QAPCO, QAFCO, Qatargas, Rasgas, TWT, QVC, Descon, Qcon, Dopet, Oryx GTL, Dolphin, Hyundai, CBI, Gama Qatar, Linde, Iberdrola, FISIA, Technimont, Chiyoda Technip, Daewoo and Nasser S Al Hajri Co. Ltd.

We contribute significantly to regional and local economies in Qatar, through recruitment, training, and by bringing word-class technology to local oil and gas industries. Our many successful long-term client relationships in the region are based on excellent response times, proven expertise and an unrivalled safety record, as well as the ability to deal with summer temperatures of up to 50°C and high humidity levels.

Cape's focus on quality and safety is reflected in the many awards we've received for work in this region, such as QAPCO's Best Contractor Safety award, and a safety achievement award from RasGas for completing 10 million man-hours with no Lost-Time Incidents (LTIs). Our support for the locality involves contributing to Indian Community Welfare through the Indian Embassy in Qatar.
