We aim to be the safest, most reliable and intelligent provider of critical industrial services to our customers, and the training and development we provide is key to achieving this goal. We have provided over 500,000 hours of training in 28 different languages, at both our dedicated training centres and at customer sites around the world.

Training and development opportunities for our people are some of the best in the market. We have three regional training and assessment centres: Australia; the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; and the Philippines. We also have dedicated partner training centres in India and Nepal. From these centres and those of our industry partners, we provide localised training in all our core services, in line with international standards.

We recruit professional training and development staff not just for their training credentials, but also for their industry experience. Having worked with us for many years, most of them have a deep understanding of our business. They ensure Cape people have the skills and competencies they need to enjoy successful careers in safe working environments, while contributing to Cape's continued growth and success. They also support the recruitment, mobilisation and re-certification processes for all our on-site staff.

In fact, many of our customers are inspired by our training credentials and use our expertise to ensure their own employees and other site contractors meet similar standards of safety and reliability.
